Does anyone know where I can get tickets for the X-Factor from?  I dont mean concert tickets for after the event I just want audience tickets for the up and coming tv shows?  I have entered the competitions to win the tickets but is there any other way of getting them - they dont seem to be for sale on the website.

Check out www.applausestore.com You have to apply for tickets on a first come-first served basis so there's a chance you won't get them on your chosen date but i think they're free (try applying for all dates for a greater chance of getting them).

I got some last year from the url provided by nic3c. I managed on my first attempt, but keep trying if you don't get first time. If you do get them (you can get up to four), it doesn't guarantee a place as they oversubscribe. Make sure you get there early and queue up. Be prepared to wait a couple of hours outside and be smartly dressed. The first there get the best seats. It's done at a studio in Wembley. It's a very interesting experience.
