Due to having a few issues I had to go back to the Surgeon's office today for a short check up, it has only been 12 days since my last weigh in!!
Well stone the crows I have lost another 6lbs!! taking my total to 111.32lbs!!!
I am in shock!

Ummm a lot of the smock tops that I wear look OK even though they are too big, plus I had several piles of clothes going down in sizes so I am making use of them - but I have had to buy a lot of clothes and undergarments!!
The issues are not biggie just keeping an eye on them to ensure no malnutrition and that I am getting enough vitamins and minerals, blood tests have been low so just getting the balance right.

Smock tops look sound when they are big. I use oversized ones for when I'm on the beach or by the pool.

Yeah they do OK, the trousers are more of an issue but I have elastic ones and I am just treating myself to a few new pairs and tightening the old ones on the elastic.
