Don't know, but............elder daughter on first Xmas with live-in partner (now husband) was desperate to show she could cater efficiently for Xmas. I had a phone-call on Christmas Eve asking how to cook the turkey. I gave lots of good advice -bacon over the breast etc., etc. - but I didn't say 'Put your hand inside the bird and pull out the little plastic bag, then use the giblets for gravy'. I thought she'd know that..... guess what?
