Changing Region For Dvd`s.

I have some DVD`s that can only be played in USA or CANADA. Is there any way at all that I can change things in order to view them in UK?

Yes...but what you have to do depends on the make of DVD player.
Google "DVD hacks" and you'll find sites with instructions to re-code your particular player.

Things aren't necessarily as easy as Gingejbee suggests because only older DVD players can be hacked.

Your other option is to play it on your laptop / computer- record it with something like OBS, then convert it and burn it- bit long *** but works and is free :)

I decided in this instance to take the easy way out. I changed the region on my laptop, connected it to my TV with HTML lead and can now watch the rogue DVD`s on the TV.
But thanks everyone for your input.

Be careful as you may only have a limited amount of times that you can change the region on the computer before the drive locks in a region.
