I watched some of this, including the high jump.

I haven't watched athletics for years, but I am amazed at the attraction levels of the athletes taking part.

I know that toned bodies and long limbs are a given, but when did they all get so good looking as well?

I am sure this is not supposed to be a reason to enjoy sport, but it does it for me!

I agree in some cases- there was Dutch athlete who really suited her orange kit. But were you also thinking of 3 of the first 4 in the women'sthe 800m

To add some balance mrsF-F was clearly enjoying watching some of the male athletes, particulary those wearing lycra shorts. I might invest in a pair

Yes, Dafne Schippers was the one I meant. Quite a few had clearly spent time on their make up. but some were naturally very good looking and photogenic- they knew how to smile and play to the cameras. I am still not convinced about three of those 800m finalists though and a long jumper.

A phenomenal athlete, given that she is only 5' 4'' and made the high jump final, but surely Inika Mcpherson (USA)is one of the most scary looking athletes going.

Baz, the ladies showed the drug testers their dumb-balls and the testers went away quite satisfied.
