Sky Recorded Programmes Guide Sky Q

I've had the problem (again) where the thumbnails do not show any TV snapshots and the guide isn't putting series linked programmes in the correct folder
The Sky team said it was a problem they were aware of and would download new software to cover last time
Is anyone else having the same problem and has any idea when it will be resolved?
