so - re write the email and drag in Julie Birchall and refer to her as Julie Bullshort ( a cruel but accurate nick name in meedja circles) and job done !

If I may, Sarah Kennedy coined the phrase "SW's to you ..." on her show as a gently sarcastic dig at the number of times Steve Wright read out 'Love the show ...' when reading messages sent to him - it's shorthand for 'Love you mwah mwah ...' and all that.
