It's driving me nuts as I heard it on the radio the other day, but what is the song playing in Pretty in Pink when they're at the prom and Ducky finally pulls that blonde bird and Molly Ringwald finally goes off with Andrew McCarthy?

It know it probably wasn't Psychadelic Furs but what a great film. Andrew McCarthy was great in this film but even better in something about Catholics Boys or something. Hope you find the answer you are looking for cos it drives me mad....

I've been through all the soundtrack as listed on imdb and it doesn't seem to be there, John. Thanks anyway! And it is one of the greatest movies ever!

Not quite as good as Seabiscuit or Moulin Rouge though, i think you'll find ;O)

What agreat film, probably one of the best soundtracks ever, THe song you are thinking of is If You Leave by OMD.
