can anyone reveal the twist to the ending of the movie dead end??? its been racking my brains out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't seen it for ages but, doesn't she wake in a hospital and her family are dead? She has been in a coma, and that is why her family were dying (from the car crash) around her but she was alive and certain things like the signpost she and her dad were supposedly following were the name of the hospital. And right at the end the fella with the black hair and car is supposed to be like the grim reaper, that is why his car was following theirs cos they were all supposed to die, but he lets her go and then drives off after someone else. I think.

yes, each person in the car dies in a certain way, and that is how they died in the car crash. The town they were trying to get to is the name of the nurse at the end. So you are led to believe that all of it didn't happen but, before the father dies, he writes out a wee list of all the things he wants to do before he dies. At the very end, the street cleaners are tidying up the remains of the accident and they find the list.

The guy at the end kinda looks like Nick Cave.

I once recommened this film to someone, but got the name wrong and told them to watch Wrong Turn. Boy, were they disappointed.....
