I find a lot of modern quizzes annoying. The only one I really like is Mastermind - no multiple choice answers and no dithering about waiting for a correct or not correct response. Same with awards ceremonies (and the winner is............).

I caught it once this week (was that the first episode?). Anyway because of the title I was expecting something entertaining and a bit of a challenge but the questions were cringeworthily easy so won't bother again. Not Anne's fault though (unless she sets the questions).

I do like Mastermind - but i cannot abide John Humphries.

He is bad enough on the radio, grumpy, ignorant, stuffy, bu on TV I have to hear all that, and see his ludicrous comb-over as well!
