I am not a professional, but we wondered if we should buy plasma or LCD TV. We were told that if you want a really big screen plasma is the one to chose. But if you wanted picture quality, LCD is the one. We have now got a 37 ins. Toshiba LCD tv and it is SUPER.

I agree, that is what we were told. We now have a 37" LCD Sony and it is great
