I first saw him in the London Palladium in about 1963/64 in Half a Sixpence, which I remember being really great, I last saw him about 2 years ago at the Mayflower in Southampton, in the Glen Miller story, again it was a great show, certainly Father Time has been good to him.
I too was under the impression he was dead - sorry Tommy ! I saw him live at the Liverpool Empire some years ago as Fagan in the musical Oliver and he was great.
I noticed that too Thessy - Caroline, Anne and Tommy all wanted to talk but Tommy succeeded.
Had glaziers in today replacing windows in living room and inadvertently put on Loose Women and Denise Welch never shut her mouth about her being an alcoholic and Lincoln (her husband) . Oh God Denise give it a rest.
I try and avoid it like the plague. Loose Women. I did really like Janet Street Porter who had strong views but have thought recently she has melted into their ways and has become a bit of a bore too.
