Talking of Brenda - ish. Just watched the 2nd episode of Hidden starring, among others, Sian Rhys Williams, who played Brenda's daughter Genesis (or Gennie as she was more often called). Now i know that our soap 'stars' can only act out what's in the script and that many of the storylines are absoluetely bonkers - meaning that, perhaps, the actors don't really put their heart and soul into the part - but i have to say that she is a really good actress. And, yes, i am a little surprised by this. I've just Googled her - ooer, steady on missus - and i find she is quite an accomplished actress. Just thought i'd pass that on in between world Cup games :-)

I would love them to show all the old Emmerdale Farm episodes the way they do the old Corrie. Used to watch it in the afternoons when my children were little.
