Last ever episode was on last night. Will miss Saga :(

I'm currently watching The Handmaids Tale, Versailles and Poldark but are there any other dramas, Scandi or otherwise, that are recommended?

I've heard The Staircase is good.

Me too. Have to admit I was near to tears when she threw her badge in the water. You could see in her face that she had come to terms with it all, especially when she answered the phone as just" Saga Noren",and the kiss with Henrik ..ooh it was sad. It's been brilliant.

I haven't seen The Staircase but enjoyed Spiral(Engrenages) .That's a French one but the next series will be the last and there was a Spanish one on not long ago. I Know Who You Are,which was very good .You can get the box sets of Spiral.
If you can get Walter Presents ,there are some good dramas on there.
It was a great ending wasn’t it. Her face, when she found out about her mum, showed more emotion in that moment than the whole of the 4 series.

I’m gutted that it’s finished, though, but the door does seem slightly ajar.......
What was the village all about, it seemed to be some feudal system led by the old woman?
I think it was built as a type of refuge. She was a bit of a despot, though, that old girl.

It was a great ending and maybe in the future we will see her fantastic character back again.
We can live in hope. Wouldn’t it be good to see what happens to her next?

I always thought there was something dodgy about the guy that took Henrik's family.
I loved it and will miss Saga's brilliant acting. Walter Presents produces really good thrillers - I've just finished watching Flight HS 13 (if I remember the title correctly). I also love quite a few American cop dramas - Hawaii 5 O and Without Trace on Pick; Chicago PD, NCIS and Longmire on 5USA. Hidden is good on BBC 4 on Saturday nights, Welsh in parts with subtitles.
He was definitely a bit freaky, wasn’t he.

Watching Saga act a bit out of character in the last couple of episodes was interesting. I was hoping that she would end up with Henrik, especially when I really thought that they would kill her off.
What’s The Staircase?
Question Author
I watched the first episode of Hidden but the forgot about it. Hope the other eps are on catch up.
Question Author
Not sure what it's about but I've heard it's good.
Excellent box set on 4 Catch Up called "The Midnight Sun".
I watched Midnight Sun a little while ago. I agree, it was very good.
I'm just going to start on a Spanish one - Lifeline. Looks good.
