Quite possible he was called Richard Morris but the editors at IMDB have linked him to a different actor of the same name.

yes, just looked at wolf's second link, and the BFI say that was his only film, or the only one they know about. Quite common for kids to make just one or two films before their parents tell them to concentrate on their O levels.

On another site I found he was described as the Richard Morris that wrote the book - Thoroughly Modern Millie, but that doesn't work either as he was born in 1924.

Seems like a lost profile.
