Given the disgusting way this young man died and the investigation deliberately botched by racist police. The fact that the accused got away with murder for many years because of the way it was investigated, it’s hardly a surprise that his mother and friends continue to fight the way they do.

/// "No, for your information, inequality will attract my attention." It appears to be only if it favours non-white folk, women or non-heterosexual folk. ///

Please don't add words that I have not said, in your continuous quest to have a dig at me, for starters you are nowhere clever enough.

As usual, he’s shot himself in the foot, TCL.

/// Because the Stephen Lawrence case is very high profile. What reason would you give? ///

The question you should be asking is why Stephen Lawrence's case is very high profile and not those others?

/// It’s clearly impractical (if not farcical) to suggest all murdered black teenagers have an event dedicated to them, so how would you decide who was honoured and who wasn’t, AOG? ///

Where have I suggested that all murdered black teenagers have an event dedicated to them, that would be ridiculous and a sign of inequality against other murdered teenagers of various other skin tones.
In answer;
Only if their murders can be attributed to a bunch of white racist thugs who will be allowed to get away with their crime for years due in great part to the racist attitudes of the 'investigating' police force/service.
So you’re admitting that the answer to your OP is ‘no’.

If you knew this, why ask the question?

Or did you have some invisible sub text about Stephen’s killers being white, but you couldn’t quite summon up the courage to put that as your actual question?

/// So why did you feel the need to put ‘black’ in your OP? ///

Because this thread is about Stephen Lawrence who happened to be black, and the numerous other black teenagers that are murdered almost every day on the streets of London.

Please try and keep up because I am now getting a little tired of playing your stupid childish game,
"Let's join in and bully AOG".
It’s not about Stephen Lawrence tho, is it? It’s about murdered black teenagers. Stephen isn’t even mentioned in your headline.
I’m not bullying you, I’m just trying to get to the truth of the reason for your post.

You still haven’t clarified why you chose to single out black murder victims when you’ve admitted you’re as concerned with murders of people of any skin colour.
The thing with Stephen Lawrence is that he was just a young lad on a night out with his friends waiting for a bus home and some nasty, evil racist thugs with probably not a brain cell between them decided that it would be fun to kill this young man. This is why his murder left such an impact on the country, that and the way these mindless murderers escaped justice for so long. It certainly left it's mark on me.
