Anyone actually rate him as a chat show host? I can’t bear his false laughter and faked smiles when it’s easy to tell he’s not as amused as he makes out....like during Josh Groban’s song tonight, for example

If only all the TV companies limited the salaries to about £250k they would save a fortune and there is lots of talent out there who would kill for such a salary.
X Factor etc proves that good cheap talent is out there.
