80s kids film about cherries

Can anyone remember a film about small cute puppet like characters who help a little girl find some magic cherries that help her grand mother to stay young. In the film the girl goes through her mirror into another world. The puppet gets put in a washing machine. and there is a evil witch that has the cherries growing on a small tree. Please help
