Christmas movie

Several years ago (No less than seven, I'd say,) YTV ran a truly odd animated film around Christmas. I can't remember the name of it, but I seem to recall the main character being a dark-haired boy with a name like Lufia (probably wrong.) Also prominent was a princess named Blanche who takes out her heart and places it in a pot and a large-bearded man who wants to purchase a famous cathedral and make it his mausoleum. There was also a blue dragon and some strange reference to the Three Wise Men. Can anybody suggest what this movie might have been?
