Sally/tim In Corrie

Yes I know it’s only a soap, but am really shocked as to how they have played this storyline out. They’ve completely changed Tim’s character. He was absolutely devoted to Sally and now suddenly he believes every lie that Gina is telling him about Sally, ie having an affair when she didn’t. Why do they always ruin the good couples??

I suspect there will be a big exposé at Christmas and the rotter will get his just deserts !

I think I missed an episode - how does Gina know Duncan??

from his dealings with Sally as Mayor..

he called into the house several times

don't think she thought he saw her though back then as she set up a blind date with him to try and get him confess..but he sussed her on the date

She met him again after that and believed all the lies he told her.

So Gina genuinely believes Sally’s had an affair??

duncan planted the second phone with the fake texts..calls etc

I’m really confused lol. Why exactly has Duncan set Sally up?? And what has he done with the money?

he wanted the money she was able to allocate for charitable reasons..think the set up was a fall back if it was found out to be fake..which it was...don't remember what happened to the dosh..presumably as he was found guilty of money laundering etc it will be recovered ?

So it’s all a sheer coincidence that he stole £40k and that’s also the exact amount that Lewis stole/gave back to Gail??

Didn't Tim and Steve find an office somewhere that had been Duncan's but when they broke in, it was empty? Why hasn't this been mentioned, or has it and I've missed it?

Oh I don’t remember that!

I remember something about it because the guy who played the security guard in that scene was the guy who played the young policeman in Heartbeat and he used to live in the same village as I did!
