Trying to remember a name.........

Morning,

Can anyone remember the title of an old TV programme that I remember watching when I was younger, so this is going back about 10-15years? The only thing I can really remember is a particular line from the show which was said every showing between two characters 'Just The One Mrs Wembley?'

I've had a look on the net and can only find something called On The Up - is this right and what was the actual show about? I'm sorry that my quote isn't much to go on but it's funny how certain things stick in your head !

Oddly enough, I found the opening titles of this on a tape literally yesterday. I know that's not much help to you but it's quite a coincidence, don't you reckon?
