So many twists and turns now . I don't think it's Nick. I think he helped her to hide and was probably taking food etc.to her. She detests her step-father and ran away from home. When she looked through the window at the hooded figure in the street below there seemed to be a lot of emphasis on his trainers. Whether that's a clue or not I don't know.
