Anyone An Expert On Virgin Media Email - I Have Just Joined Them !

I am not an IT idiot but I cannot work out the difference between " quick reply " and " reply all " and I don't want the endless contacts and I can't pin an attachment to " quick reply "

I certainly agree with that advice; it can cause you headaches if you decide to change to a different ISP later on. So I have to question WHY you're using Virgin Media's own email service anyway?
However, with any email provider, 'reply' and/or 'quick reply' enable you to send a reply to to the person who sent you the email you're viewing (and to nobody else). 'Reply all' allows you to send a message which will go BOTH to the sender of the email you're viewing AND to anyone else who he/she copied into that email. (If the sender didn't copy his/her mail to anyone else, then 'reply all' will do exactly the same thing as 'reply' will).
