You've been asking this question (or variations on it) for 7 weeks now. Everyone will have their own preferences (Just as some people prefer Chrome as their web browser, whereas others like Firefox or Vivaldi, etc).
However Airspace Explorer is specifically designed for iPads (and uses additional data that's not available to other apps) so, as you're using an iPad, it seems the obvious one to try first.
They're all free though and (subject to having enough space available on your iPad) there's no reason why you shouldn't install ALL of them and then decide which one suits your needs best.
