And we’ll still catch up, no biggie really Barsel, not the first time but it’s a shame for those who depend on their tv to watch soaps etc, like those who live alone and those who don’t like footie

That's true Bobbi. The problem I have is because it's not going to be on from Wednesday to the next, I will have forgotten what happened. :-) Plus, I am one of those people who live on their own and don't like footie although I don't depend on the TV to watch soaps, it does annoy me that it always seems to be Corrie that they take off. Wonder why they don't show it on ITV2? The footie that is.

I just record things like Corrie and watch them when I can. I don't like to plan things around the TV schedules, but I can only enjoy watching the football live if I can so will watch this if I can. corrie is on for 3 hours a week every week so I don't begrudge the odd cancellation for the football matches which come up far less often

Johnk,there was a time not so long ago I would have agreed with you,but on reflection there are lots of people on their own who enjoy soaps and make them part of their lives,so live and let live,
There is always Netflix for us.
