I don’t know how he’s been so successful. I remember him on Sunday Night at the Palladium and he raised only titters. I don’t dislike him, but just don’t find him funny.
he hasnt really said anything yet
Loud and un amusing. His mom loved him though. Awooga...

I know bednobs but I find him very ‘unfunny’
Find him chippy and smug. And what was his mother thinking calling her child Lenworth?
There's much more to Lenny than comedy, I like him.
sorry i thought you were talking of him on the GN show
I think the bloke is quite sad. He suffered racism as a kid and used humour as a foil to combat racism. It appeared to work in the playground and the bullying apparently decreased.
However I believe his attempt to conquer the world of humour as a commercial enterprise has failed abysmally.
He seems to have done quite well, retrocop.
"However I believe his attempt to conquer the world of humour as a commercial enterprise has failed abysmally."
really?

I’m willing to listen to what’s actually funny about him as a comedian?
The funniest thing he did was to go to Arica with Dawn French and show the starving kids what is like to eat four meals a day.
He has done well Clover, TV , Films a dabble or two in Music , roles in Shakespeare which won acclaim and a Knighthood.

Decent CV.
I like Lenny, he's from Dudley ain't he.
My sister used to massage him while he was on tour. It sounds as though he was naturally funny and a real gentleman.
I thought he was good, acting in the series called The Syndicate.
As a comedian, no he's never done it for me.
That’s what I meant, mamya.
What Mamya said....maybe not a brilliant comedian but a first class actor with a very impressive cv.
I enjoyed his tv play about him growing up in Dudley a few years ago.
I enjoyed his "Big Amazon Adventure" where he spent two weeks in the rain forest with Lofty Wiseman. I thought it was really well made, and was quite funny as well. But not my greatest comedian.
