The acting was superb last night, by everyone, but especially Sinead and Daniel. I can't believe how much I was crying. I had to keep telling myself that it's not real!! One can only imagine the horror of having to leave your baby behind and that it does happen in real life, probably why I got so upset.

About Emily, Ken said she would soon be celebrating her 90th birthday, she looks very well, hardly changed at all.

Yes it was nice seeing Emily’s cameo appearance last night , Ken was celebrating his 80th when in actual fact he is 87 yrs old in reality
I thought the hapless Aunty Beth was true to believe as an Aunt of Sinead but surely her own Mum would or should be there?

It amazes me really how little we see of Sinead's Mum and Gran, especially as the poor girl is dying! No doubt they will turn up for the funeral. Wow, I knew Ken was older than 80, but I didn't know he was 87. My Dad was a frail little old man by then with little time left on this earth. Funny how time plays out for us all.
