On the Jacob Rees-Mogg thread, I pointed out the need for some people to be outraged over something they have patently misunderstood, and then work backwards through the evidence, twisting it as they go, until it shoehorns into what they want to believe as the facts.

Clearly you understand completely the point I was making, because here you are doing the same thing.

I expressed a personal opinion about a programme I would not watch, no matter who presented it, because I don't find it entertaining or enlightening in any way.

It has nothing to do with 'ignoring' anyone - it is entirely to do with a personal antipathy towards Ms. Vorderman, which is a view I have been expressing since long before you joined this site.

That has nothing whatsoever to do with the level of her intelligence, or her gender, I simply don't like watching her, she irritates me.

Now if you can make out of that that I disrespect military and other worthy personnel because I don't like a presenter, then you have a seriously worrying ability to decide something that is not true, and make the evidence bend to fit it.

BTW, the President is a misogynist.

For the record - the presenter to whom you refer is Gloria Hunniford, not to be confused, as she is in your feverish mind, with the actress Gayle Hunnicutt - with two t's - who is a completely different person.

And while I adjusting your skewed perception of why I may have a mild dislike of certain presenters, let me remind you again that my attitude to Ms Hunniford is formed not by her intelligence levels, or indeed her country of origin - but her endless need to shoehorn into each and every conversation, that tragic loss of her daughter.
