I’ve just watched the two programmes and although I had doubts about it, it was very moving and entertaining.

Anybody agree?

Yes, However they started to make the first part of the show in 2017... had to stop when Ant went to rehab and took time off TV. The second part picks up where they left of... March2019 was mentioned.

They is a short section about that break etc... and how it affected Dec, thinking about his own career going solo and not knowing.

You couldn't make it up, but I think they did.
They found that they were related due to the matching DNA of a Viking skeleton that had recently been found.

Anne - Ant wasn't living the drugs and drink lifestyle. He became addicted to painkillers after a nasty leg accident and was self medicating. Very easily done.

I didn't put words in your mouth. You referring to 'the sober one' when you could have asked which one is which...lead me to believe you hadn't really read up on the story.

In light of the outcome that was revealed at the end of the programme, does this mean we are all related to hundreds of people all over the world? What does it achieve though, what do you do with that information? I don't think I'd really want to know if I have cousins I don't already know about, would you?
