My OH reckons it's Catweazle!
When Roys brother passes away, do you think Roy will take in the punk daughter?
Lol I thought it was Jeremy Corbyn as well!
this Michelle and Robert "thing" has become a Brian Rix farce
I agree, it's a total farce, just so unbelievable. How long do they think that they can string it out!
// How long do they think that they can string it out!//
Until they can dream up another farcical story line.
My thoughts exactly, Bilsuth!!
Robert has now come back home to Michelle, so what excuse will he give Vicky if she goes to the hospital again and he's not there ?? How does he intend to juggle the arrival of a new baby with living with Michelle ?? Like derek says, a farce!
I think that person was in Watching.
His brother is Pike out of Dads Army, aka Ian Lavender
That's Ian Lavender, really ?
Just checked HereIam, never listening to OH again, No it’s not, haha

I agree with most of your general comments, folks. The writers are getting lazy. Too many clichés, too many (mostly dodgy) new characters introduced as somebody's love-child, too much emerging from doorways to see partner cheating etc, dragged-out storylines. Will Robert get caught out? No, it's yet another near miss.
I also think some of the characters' personalities have changed. The selfish Peter Barlow showed ridiculous concern and devotion to the tiresome Carla a few months ago, and the unfortunate Gary has become a bad guy whereas he had a bit of a conscience before.
..............and yet we still watch it week after week hoping that one day we might actually be able to watch it without dissecting it. That the storylines will become feasible and more humour will be added.

True, Barsel. I think we are sustained by the likeable characters (Emma, Kirk, Chesney etc) and hope that such as Yasmeen will get relief from the bullying and manipulation by Geoff. I think it is right that developments wrong-foot us at times, but not to the point of absurdity, as happens all too often.
well apart from around a 3 year gap in the 70s and the yearly fortnight abroad before hotels has itv or even a tv I've watched it from the first episode,
