I’m sure many of you have seen this clip - it’s got the internet going crazy but thought I would post it for anyone who missed it.

On “France has got talent” two hot gay acrobats performed a routine to the song hallelujah. The meaning behind the routine was anti-homophobia. It was literally one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen, and it culminated with the two acrobats kissing. At this point I had tears running down my eyes – I don’t know why it was just so powerful and validating. It showed that there are still people who do care in this ever colder world.

The judges loved it. Watch for yourself and maybe whilst you are watching think to yourself is there some small action that you can carry out in your daily life that will challenge homophobia. Maybe something as simple as showing a bit of friendliness or support to an LGBTQ+ neighbour or co-worker. The LGBTQ+ community need straight allies.

Enjoy

Well...that always helps, Tim:-). I know this is easier said than done... but try no to worry what others may think. It is actually a little self-obsessional. Be honest, that's good enough, and if it isn't....it is not your problem x
Yes, Zacs, but we get 'answer-removed' when we do say something.

Sorry for being crude Naomi.
Have some faith in yourself xx don't worry so much xx
GLT, good. It does your community no favours.
I watched about one minute of it, and then it went poof...I turned it off
I didn't watch much of it either, sanmac.
Apart from being talented and agile acrobats do they really need to display or prove any other points in this day and age.? It becomes boring, unnecessary and very tedious.
It seems they do, retro....if young men (and maybe women) are still feeling hidden or uncomfortable. And a few of the posts on this thread, make it clear why.
Very average performance, imho. The fact that they are gay neither enhanced it nor took nothing away from it. Big fuss about nothing in particular.
Quite Ken.
Not in the slightest way interested.
Ok. They were reasonably good performers. I've seen worse; I've seen better. Can't help thinking the tail was wagging the dog tho. Their performance seemed secondary to the message which seemed somewhat forced and I suspect the polish on the performance suffered too much.

I'm not sure I need to be told to perform a small act of kindness to the LBGT community since I like to be generally kind to fellow humans.
Enjoy it ? Why would I want to watch it ? The stated concept is an utter nonsense. More arty farty agenda pushing.
quite why i don't know, it was quite ordinary really
Can't be bothered watching it. Dare I say it - 'wind up' ?!
I already did, HIA.
