i didn't watch it, considered i didn't like the original, so gave this a miss.

only watched a little of it ,he was a bit sinister looking ,the original worzel was a lovable buffoon .

I loved the original when I was little. Not sure whether or not to watch this one. I probably won’t bother. He looks a bit freaky, and not scarecrow-like.

Well, I loved it! I thought it was very well produced, well acted and perfect family entertainment for Christmas. I'd be very happy to see a short series develop.

woke PC nonsense. Later on BBC2 was a docu on Paddington Bear creator Michael Bond, and the BBC even managed to make race and ethnicity a major part of that - PATHETIC

I've not seen it yet, but I believe its based on the books rather than the Jon Pertwee series. I'll probably watch it today.

Lovely theme sung by the Unthanks - gorgeous voices, and they sing in their native Northumberland accents. Similar to Kate Rusby/ Yorkshire
