Les Miserables 25Th Anniversary Concert

It is on again today at 5pm on Sky Arts channel. Three hours of bliss. Alfie Boe is good but Ramin Karimloo has the most fantastic voice ever. I watch it at least once a week. The finale when previous singers come on is also very moving. Next Sunday the Phantom of the Opera is on.

Watched Jesus Christ Superstar last night. My first ever West End show so many years ago. This production was stunning...just stunning.
So different yet brought back so many happy memories of my first trip.

We did JC with our amdram company. All went well until Jesus stood with arms akimbo waiting for the cross to descend behind him. Somebody must have change the mark on the stage floor. He stood too far back and the crucifix came down on his head. Wouldn't have been too bad had he not been wearing the crown of thorns...... :-)
