Letter through on this as to my mater....

The question being does she need a licence if she is in a residential care-home? We did provide the TV but she's not using it now - or a pc and any radio is communal in their restaurant or lounge.

Thanks in advance.

Due to the current crisis, the requirement for over 75s to have a licence has been delayed until 31st May.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was delayed further.
^^^ The new scheme now doesn't come into effect until 1 August, Hopkirk:

How odd. Another page on the same site says specifically May 31st.

I know it has been delayed so perhaps it was originally 31st May, and has been delayed to August 1st.

If I knew how to copy and paste on this Chromebook, I could provide a link.
