My guess:

The six photos that were picked up had to be face down. This meant that Ashley couldn't see them. A simple sleight of hand changed them for the photos that spelt Micah's name.

The swapping of Dylan and his Dad was achieved by a trap door, as was his Dad appearing behind the judges.
