Not the Lord's Prayer, but "Nunc Dimittis," by Geoffrey Burgon. Written for the TV series but now in the repertory of many cathedral choirs.

PS Look for it on Amazon - there are collections of TV themes, and it's also included on choral CDs. I'm not sure who sang the original - if I find out I'll post it.
