Looks like an interesting two part series on Channel 4 tonight where Sandi Toksvig helps eight people who have never learnt to read or write. I like her a lot and I'm sure she'll handle it sympathically.

I read an article about it recently, one of the eight is a man who has suffered a stroke, and lost the ability to read and write. Should be interesting.
