It was more like a very long documentry about life in the african desert. I think its the Nambib(sp). It was made in the 70s and had a old guy talking through it. There was a flash flood towards the end and you could see small mammels and lizards climbing and to 'rafts' to safety. Is it available on dvd???

I dont think thats it. I can remember another scene when all the animals eat femented figs and end up worse for wear.
