The upcyclers are getting rather greedy. £500 to upcycle a sideboard. Looked pretty but ... Unsold. £850 to transform two headboards and bases. Made into a table. Unsold.

Oh and Norman wanted £975 to transform something the other day! Sarah said OK but then he back tracked and asked .... £850 !

yes I thought today its getting out of hand....I don't think its greed so much as the work involved and how long it takes...not sure its always worth it.

i have watched this prgramme with incredulity, the rubbish they pick up ends up as something more often or not as bad as what it started as

I love so much they make, amazing upholstery and I especially love the work of the smith near Edinburgh. if I won the lottery I would definitely commission pieces from him.

when i first watched this they transformed a door into a hall stand it was really awful and the (person throwing item away) got the chance to keep it and they did .I wouldn't have even kept it to put in the shed .
