Do King Of The Hill seasons on DVD exist?

I spotted a couple on eBay from US in region 1 - second hand. I would rather have new, region 2, full seasons of this amazing cartoon on DVD. I have tried e-mailing companies involved with cartoon but get no response.

Is there a plan to get them released?

I feel I have exhausted all the avenues I can get the cartoon legally.

So... Is there anywhere I can download them from ? (Not necissarily illegally!)

Please someone point me in right direction.
