Madonna Last Night

What was all that about last night? Madonna is completely up her own a*se. All that praying and holding hands and crap. (She does look fantastic for her age though). What does anyone else think?

Yeah, I agree that she is a bit over the top and slightly self absorbed but hey she is one of the most successful music icons of all time so I think it comes with the territory really. I was actually quite impressed with the way she spoke to the hired help.

I started to watch it, even though the title obviously meant nothing at all. Madonna has learned, extremely successfully, to present only the image to the public that she wants them to see, and the notion of her telling the media a 'secret' was doomed from the start.

After a while, the overly theatrical world in which she moves started to annoy me - this is really just a puff piece to promote her new album, and no doubt she had an iron grip on the editorial control of what was allowed to be seen.

No criiticism of Madonna for the programme, but i wasn't bothered when it was time to turn over and watch The Worst Week Of My Life, which was brilliant, as usual.

I didn't see it so can't comment on the programme but find it hypocritical that she doesn't allow her children to watch television as its 'poison' yet uses it to promote either a song, album or a particular representation of herself.

Can't deny she looks good for her age though.

She seems very self-obsessed and doesn't like it if people have different opinions than her own. Do you think she has been frozen in time? I'd like to know how she has stopped ageing ;-)

I think I am the only one that doesnt think she looks good at the minute! She is far too sinewy and her teeth look all protrusive due to her face being too skinny!

I saw a programme and they were making comments on her arms "Bingo Wings" they said. It was only when I saw a photo of her last week did I realise what they meant. She has been over exercising her muscles. Her figure and legs are fine though. She needs to cut down on the weight training I think.
