I saw this first time round, they did Liverpool, Yorkshire and here whereI live ( NE) without seeing the steps I am not sure where they'll be, Whitby perhaps?

I haven't seen the trailer that you mean, but just had a quick glance at this on YouTube, so it could be the Pierhead at Liverpool.

The steps are shown at 2.50 in the trailer.

They are the steps to the Museum of Liverpool (currently behind fencing on Google Earth) on the waterfront just south of the Liver Building.

As sddsddean has said. I believe they are known as the Lister Steps.

ignore my comment on them being called The Lister steps, I think I may have that wrong.
