Postal Address For Virgin Media

Hi AB peeps, does anyone have a full postal address for Customer Services at Virgin Media. We had a 9 hour broadband outage yesterday and I would like to vent my spleen at them with a formal letter. Can't be bothered to sit on the phone waiting to get through to a human bean, hope you can help, please. Many thanks, Chox.

Good luck with that complaint.

A few years ago I complained of the loss of internet connection to Virgin.

After 3 days, I complained again – only to be told that they had fixed an area fault, believing it had fixed my fault (it had not and they did not check that it had). Rather than making me a priority, it would be a further 2 days until an engineer called to fix the fault – they treated my reported outage as a new incident.
No apology.
