I just found a Star Trek film that I hadn't seen before on Amazon Prime. It had Benedict whatshisface in it.

It was good but not great.

there is quite a lot of bonking in the first half
where they go at it like bunny rabbits
but that is the point - - a decent proportion get AIDS

the set pieces are well remembered - the the patients liking for welsh rarebit - it is the only thing we can get under the door....

and one patient sectioned but under the wrong act ( oops )

the psychotic episode well done - the veracity was good as in 'the scriptwriter must have seen one' ( one of his relatives)

Any Keeley Hawes fans, it is a must watch - Billy Elliott;s father does a reprise - Stephen Fry looking fried this time

I am enjoying it but OH isn't.

Its a really well made, well acted drama showing how life was for gay men living during 1980's. We were gripped and have watched the whole series now on ALL4. It was poignant and moving, and a great vehicle for some very talented new young actors.
