11 Mbps should be fast enough but I wouldn't be happy with it if I were in a household with a lot of devices connected to it. Sky itself says it is 'Excellent for emailing, shopping and banking'. No mention of streaming and they don't guarantee that you will get that speed.
For streaming in HD, 5Mbps is perfectly adequate for Netflix, etc. (Unless you're in a very remote rural area, it's almost impossible to subscribe to any service which doesn't offer at least that speed).

For streaming in 4K, you should probably be aiming for around 25Mbps.

The foregoing assumes that the movie connection to the internet is the only active one in the household at the time. It won't matter if, say, someone else in the house is simply doing a bit of web browsing, or using email, as the speeds I've quoted will still be adequate. However if you've got a house full of teenagers, where everyone wants to watch movies (or play online video games) simultaneously, you'll need higher speeds in order to cope with the additional traffic.
Buenchico, would having several wifi security cameras impact on it as well? How about smart devices such as Ring type doorbells, thermostats, Echo type speakers and lightbulbs?
From a web search, Barry:
"Ring recommends 1-2 Mbps per device for both upload and download speeds. Depending on the camera and video quality that you select, the Nest camera requires anywhere from 0.15 to 4 Mbps of bandwidth and Arlo cameras use 0.3 – 1.5 Mbps".

So you need to add those figures onto the video streaming requirements. (The other type of devices you mention won't really impact upon streaming speeds).
Thanks muchly :)
