I watched the first episode and it seems to have a good cast but I wasn't gripped. Not sure of what channel but it came up on my Sky suggestions so I downloaded it.

Should I carry on watching?

I watched three episode but then gave up as I got bored. On the other hand my daughter loved it. So it all depends on taste.

I've been watching it on BBC 2, it's terrible but I can't stop watching it for some strange reason. It's painfully slow, so I do other things whilst half watching, I don't think I could watch it all in one go.

We loved it. We binge watched it and really enjoyed it. I would have given up had I waited a week between episodes though.

I've watched about four episodes. Interesting that it's based on a real expedition - with a lot of conjecture thrown in. After watching the first episode I investigated the story. I'll say no more.

I'm currently watching the second season and it is as good as the first one. Though I read the book first. Maybe that's why I enjoy the series so much.
