No. Overacted to the nth degree.

Not as much as the others I cannot stand Neil Morrissey

He was the main culprit, GG. 'Duke' the dog was a better actor than Morrisey.

I tried to watch it, but gave up. It all seemed too contrived and forced.

I like most things Kay Mellor has written, Duke was better than his owner in it yes lol

Yes I gave up on it too after a couple of episodes. Looked forward to it because I really enjoyed the earlier series and was very disappointed.
