Amazon Prime - Help Please!

I am now on Amazon Prime but when I go into 'Players' on my Sony smart TV although loads of 'players' appear I cannot see Amazon!

What am I doing wrong please?

Daft question, but have you got an Amazon Prime button on your tv remote?
I only ask because Husband spent hours trying to get it and I came along and just pressed that button!

I have Sony smart TV and Amazon Prime, I access it via the apps section.

I will try all these and come back. There is a place in Amazon to register and input a number code which preumably shows on the TV but there is no Amazon showing like iplayer youtube etc which all show up

Moggie, can you talk to your TV? Can you ask it to open Amazon Prime?

On your tv, open the google play store, search for Prime Video and install it.
Open the app and input your code.

No Tilly but on my handset I have F freeview which opens all the things like i player 5hub youtube etc and a blue on demand button which does nothing!

But just how is the OP's problem anything to do "Amazon ripping off the costomer (sic)"?
