trolls

i remember a programme about trolls, that was set in Cornwall i think. it had an actual boy who was the leader (maybe called Roger), and everyone else was a troll, and there was also a sheep or a goat. i only remember seeing it a couple of times, but it had something about "jim jam ahar" when they used special powers. Can anyone else remember this or am i going mad?
