I really enjoyed this. A bit different and it tied up all the loose ends - something that so often doesn't happen. Anyone else like it?

I put a thread up on this about 10 days back, Naomi. Census of opinion was that most enjoyed it though one or two questioned the geographical correctness of the plot:-)

I didn't have a clue where it was filmed, Ken, or where it was supposed to be. If it was relevant to the story I missed something.... although I admit that at the end I did google that big sculpture of the head. I can't believe I've never seen that on my travels.
plus for a series set in the north west, there were exceedingly few nw accents.
I enjoyed it too naiomi
We really enjoyed this, Naomi. It was a bit different, but I like quirky 'different '
Like you said, every thing was tied up at the end.

That's what I liked the most I think, patsy. So often I'm left saying 'well, what about that bit? What happened there?' - and I found myself saying that about the her fiancé pushing the car into the water. And all was revealed at the end. Ahhh ... contentment. :o)
Nothing worse, than left wondering.... :-)

Haha! No indeed. Very frustrating.
Would the real police stick another person in a room, alone for ten minutes, with someone they think has murdered a dozen or so other people?
Yes!...
talking about police and room, how did cassie and daughter get out? and barbie?
The fact that Cassie didn't appear to tell Broome who locked them in the room was puzzling to say the least.
'Berlin Station' next naomi
He was a bent copper. He wanted to make sure Cassie didn't get away.

Who is that for, Patsy?
You, Roy..
Why?
Question Author
I wondered why Cassie didn’t tell him, Roy, and why the murdered policeman’s body wasn’t found sooner. Also where and how the wealthy father would have hired Ken and Barbie. I mean just where would you go to hire people like that? Great characters though. All very ‘Villanelle’.

Maybe I do have a few questions left. :o/
perhaps roy means when they let cassie see richard armitage? They thought hed done the murders at that point
Glad to be of help. naomi.

We loved it, especially Ken and Barbie, wonderful creations.

We finished watching it over our tea last night, and just as my wonderful wife was saying 'What about the car?' - the explanation came in.

Great, will start another one tonight.
